About Panacea Bio Chem
Founded on a passion for peptide science, Panacea Bio Chem specializes in synthesizing custom amino acid chains, providing an extensive range of peptides tailored to meet diverse research and therapeutic needs. Our state-of-the-art laboratory operates under the strictest conditions, utilizing advanced technologies to ensure the highest quality products.
The VANA Machine
Innovation is at the heart of Panacea Bio Chem, exemplified by our revolutionary VANA (Vacuum–Argon–Nitrogen Architecture) machine. Developed by our Laboratory Director, Bogdan Dicoias, VANA is a unique dual-chamber cartridge filling apparatus that enables us to seal the lyophilized peptide powder chamber under complete vacuum and the bacteriostatic water chamber without introducing any air bubbles. This groundbreaking technology ensures unparalleled sterility, stability, and ease of use in peptide reconstitution, setting us apart in the industry.
Bogdan Dicoias, the visionary behind Panacea Bio Chem, is an AAC (Amino Acid Chain) designer with extensive expertise in peptide research and application. Renowned for his innovative contributions, Bogdan introduced the use of radio frequencies and ultrasound technologies in peptide synthesizing and lyophilization processes, revolutionizing the industry. His cutting-edge developments, including the groundbreaking VANA machine, have solidified Panacea Bio Chem as a leader in peptide science and innovation.

The Science Behind OsteoREGEN™ – Precision Peptide Formulation
The formulation of OsteoREGEN™ represents a breakthrough in peptide science, combining seven synergistic peptides: Thymosin Beta-4 (1.5 mg), BPC-157 (2.5 mg), CJC-1295 without DAC (2 mg), Ipamorelin (3 mg), Calcitonin Salmon (0.1 mg), Teriparatide (0.1 mg), and GHK-Cu (1 mg). Each peptide is carefully prepared, stabilized, and combined through a proprietary multi-step lyophilization process to ensure maximum efficacy, stability, and controlled release.
Peptide Roles in OsteoREGEN™
- Thymosin Beta-4: Accelerates wound healing and promotes angiogenesis, ensuring the fracture site receives vital nutrients for recovery.
- BPC-157: Enhances collagen synthesis, supports soft tissue repair, and reinforces ligament and tendon healing.
- CJC-1295 without DAC: Stimulates the release of growth hormone, enhancing IGF-1 production for bone density and regeneration.
- Ipamorelin: A potent growth hormone secretagogue that complements CJC-1295 by promoting bone growth and tissue repair.
- Calcitonin Salmon: Regulates calcium homeostasis, supporting bone remodeling and fracture healing.
- Teriparatide: A fragment of parathyroid hormone that directly stimulates bone formation and improves bone density.
- GHK-Cu: A copper peptide that stimulates the synthesis of collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans, promoting skin and bone repair.
A Precise Multi-Stage Lyophilization Process
The formulation process is highly scientific and intricate, as peptides cannot simply be mixed “like a soup.” Each peptide has unique chemical properties, stability thresholds, and interactions that must be meticulously controlled. Here’s how we ensure the integrity and efficacy of OsteoREGEN™:
Stage 1: Pre-Treatment of Peptides
- Stabilization of Peptides: Each peptide is stabilized with specific cryoprotectants such as mannitol, which prevent aggregation and maintain structural integrity during freezing.
- pH Optimization: The pH of each peptide solution is adjusted individually to its optimal stability range (e.g., slightly acidic for GHK-Cu to prevent ion imbalance).
- Avoiding Oxidation: For peptides like BPC-157 and Thymosin Beta-4, an inert gas (e.g., argon) is used to displace oxygen and prevent oxidative degradation.
Stage 2: First Lyophilization
The initial mixture, excluding GHK-Cu, is frozen rapidly at -80°C to preserve molecular structure. This mix undergoes primary lyophilization in a vacuum, where sublimation removes water without exposing peptides to damaging heat.
Stage 3: Incorporation of GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is added to the frozen matrix after the first lyophilization stage. This step is critical because lyophilizing GHK-Cu alongside other peptides would allow its ionic copper to interact with and potentially degrade sensitive peptide bonds in the mix. By introducing GHK-Cu at this stage, we maintain the structural integrity of the entire formulation.
Stage 4: Secondary Lyophilization
Once GHK-Cu is integrated, the second lyophilization phase is initiated. This ensures a homogenous, stable product ready for storage and reconstitution.
Ensuring Stability and Controlled Release
- Molecular Encapsulation: To ensure slow or fast release as needed, peptides are encapsulated with cyclodextrins or similar carriers, shielding them from enzymatic degradation.
- Layered Lyophilization: Peptides with different stability profiles are lyophilized in separate layers within the same cartridge, creating a time-released delivery mechanism upon reconstitution.
- Custom Freeze-Drying Cycles: Precise control of shelf temperature, chamber pressure, and drying time ensures optimal stability for each peptide.
A Synergistic Final Mix
When reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the peptides form a stable and synergistic solution. The carefully balanced mix avoids any detrimental interactions, providing a powerful, targeted approach to bone healing and regeneration. The reconstitution process releases the full therapeutic potential of OsteoREGEN™, making it the ultimate choice for skeletal health and recovery.
